By downloading or using TakeHomeFolder, you agree to these terms.

1. Standard Apple EULA

These Terms of Service supplement the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Your use of TakeHomeFolder is subject to the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by Apple, which you can review here: Apple Standard EULA.

2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer (Important)

TakeHomeFolder uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract dates, times, and details from your documents.

No Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes (hallucinations). You acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any calendar events, reminders, or tasks created by the app.
Liability: We are not liable for any missed events, incorrect dates, or consequences resulting from errors in the AI extraction process. Always check the original flyer.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app to scan illegal content or documents that you do not have the right to process.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
